Return & Refund Policy

At Sirius Moon Creations, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and handcrafted, please review our return policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Examples include:

  • Personalized tumblers
  • Custom shirts
  • Made-to-order crochet items
  • Personalized resin pieces
  • Special order products

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

Lost Packages

Sirius Moon Creations is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
