Thank you for shopping with Sirius Moon Creations! Each item is handcrafted with care, and we appreciate your patience as we create your order. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

Most orders are handmade and require processing time before shipment.

Current Processing Times:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–5 business days
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: 5–10 business days
  • Large or Bulk Orders: 7–14 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Please note that during holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays.


Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders require additional creation time. Estimated completion dates will be discussed during the ordering process.

Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not shipped.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Sirius Moon Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sirius Moon Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: Please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please contact your local post office or carrier first. Sirius Moon Creations is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.


International Shipping

At this time, Sirius Moon Creations ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
